2. How long does commission tracking last after a link is clicked?
Once launched, commissions will apply to orders placed within 7 days of a referral click.
3. Are there promotion guidelines?
Yes. Ambassadors will be expected to follow fair-use guidelines, including:
- Not posting referral links on official Owala Bento® social channels
- Avoiding misleading or exaggerated claims
- Using brand materials responsibly
- Communicating honestly and respectfully
4. Do I need a large following to apply?
No. Anyone who genuinely enjoys using reusable lunch essentials is welcome to apply once the program opens.
5. How are commissions tracked?
Ambassadors will have access to a dedicated portal where earnings can be viewed in the “Wallet” section.
6. Where can I see milestone rewards?
Once active, milestone rewards will appear in the Ambassador Portal under the “Milestone Rewards” section.
