One-Year Limited Warranty
At Owala Bento®, we place great importance on product quality and dependable performance. All Owala Bento® products are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty, which applies to defects in materials and workmanship beginning from the original date of purchase.
If any issue occurs, our team is committed to handling it in a fair and reasonable manner.
1. What This Warranty Includes
Material or Manufacturing Defects
If an Owala Bento® product is determined to have a defect related to materials or manufacturing, we may choose to repair or replace the product or the affected part at no extra cost, depending on availability.
Proper Use
Warranty coverage applies only when products are used as intended under normal conditions. Our lunch containers and related accessories are designed for everyday personal use and are not covered if damage results from misuse, excessive force, or improper care.
Eligible Purchases
This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from the official Owala Bento® website or from authorized retailers.
2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal cosmetic wear, including light scratches, surface marks, or changes in finish
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, neglect, or misuse
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Damage from improper assembly, disassembly, or unauthorized modifications
- Issues caused by exposure to liquids, moisture, or improper storage
- Lost or stolen items
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resale marketplaces
- Use of third-party components or accessories not approved by Owala Bento®
3. Warranty Period
All Owala Bento® products are covered for one (1) year from the original purchase date. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
If a replacement is approved and the original product is unavailable, a comparable product of equal value may be provided.
4. Limited and Customized Products
Limited-edition, special-finish, or customized Owala Bento® products are covered under the same One-Year Limited Warranty for functional defects. Natural variations in color, finish, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Proof of purchase – Please retain your receipt or order confirmation.
- Provide details – Photos or a short video may be requested to review the issue.
- Submit your request – Contact our support team to begin the warranty process.
- Return if requested – If inspection is required, we will provide clear return instructions.
Once your claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a repair or replacement.
Warranty Terms & Limitations
Owala Bento® does not provide additional express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any product that has been altered, modified, or repaired by a third party is not eligible for warranty coverage.
